Within 24 hours of writing this post on some seemingly too-long odds over at Paddy Power in the bookmaker’s intriguing “Highest-ranking social website by 2011” specialty bet came news from metrics specialist firm Nielsen Online of Twitter.com’s low rate of return visitors and thus justification to put fad-of-the-year Twitter, a website with over 1,000% growth year-on-year, at 9/4 odds in the proposition.
